handshorn and hand clipped, hand skirted, hand
washed, hand spun, completely natural, this
yarn is 90% white cria(baby)alpaca(his name is
"maxwell"),and 10% french angora
rabbit("flopsie" on the right of the picture
when he was a baby(he is now about 16 months
old). this fiber is amazing, maxwell's fiber
tested at 17.1 microns at 8 months old when i
sheared him and angora rabbit is the softest
fuzziest fiber on earth, spin those 2 fibers
together and you have the ultimate in fiber,
strong, soft, hypoallegenic, water resistant
and amazingly soft...to die for i am told and
i must agree, some of the best fiber my farm
has produced, this is undyed all natural
white, spun 2 ply worsted weight, each hank is
4 ounces and about 250 yards. very limited
quantity, 1000 ypp of all natural organic much
loved luxury
